fantasy, when the rules arent done well enoughit makes the fantasy look
ridiculous
what im really saying t hat fantasy is ok, i dont mind all those super atacks,
all those kamehames and whatever other anime shows have it, i like it. its just
that they run out of ideas sometimes and start making fantasy just for the sake
of making more fantasy. whats really the difference from lets say SSJ3 and SSJ5
pretty much non, its more like an rpg game then already, where the characters
advance levels, do a tad more damage and defeat a tad stronger enemies, it makes
the show loose its sense cos it kinda can be turned into a neverending story. im
not talking just about dbz, there are plenty of shows like that
For me that would be Negima!?. i loved the begining, it was really amazing, it
looked much darker than the Mahou sensei negima series, and the story was good,
but when the went to the artificial world the story turned simply absurd. was
horribly dissapointed with it.

Id like to hear others opinions about when anime or manga really overdoes it on
the fantasy level. whats ok in ur opinion and whats ridiculous already. What is
the boundary, or should fantasy run loose easily. Any shows where they went too
far, or maybe should have went furter. Any comments, ideas, sugestions and posts
are wellcome.
I personaly found something like DBGT already too much, DB original was neat,
how they were slowly advancing, couple special atacks its ok, DBZ already went
over the limit a bit especially later sagas. GT was too much really plus the
creators really ran out of ideas, the atacks became capable of destroying the
whole universe back in the middle of DBZ. I think thats a good example of going
too far.
Both violent games and fairy tales really fall in the same category in a way,
fairy tails are violent, no matter how you look at it. all the fairy tails
contain violence, the prince cuts off the dragons head, the wolf eats the granny
and then gets shot by a hunter, the evil witch falls into some pit of lava and
so on and so on and so on. now tell me how is that different. from an adults
point of view it is different. we can say its less detailed and so on, but most
children have a very vivid imagination and while they will not imagine blood
fauntains streaming in every side when the dragon looses his head they will
imagine it beeing cut off, now it depends on a person if he things actual
display of blood makes any dif.
Though i will never agree that lets say all those school shootings happened cos
of violent movies or games, thats compleete bs, i think its totally depending on
the parrents not on what the child watches. my share of curse words and violence
i learned on the street, not from movies though i was never rated what to watch
by parrents and i watched quite adult movies sitting with them in the same room.
so it really depends if the parrents are capable of raising their own child and
give him proper atitute towards life. its always easier to blame something else
except ur self
I dont see a big deal in the gay marriages either. its not that i like gays a
lot or anything like that. but i mean why not? i understand when church starts
screaming against it, fine it goes against christianity so ok lets not let them
marry in a church but marrying in the chamber of marriage or whatever law
institution handles that in ur country. whats wrong with that? i say gays should
marry all they want and whoever they want.
well my post will look awfully like chronoz heh, i started with diablo but that
really cant be called mmo, the real first mmo was Ragnarok online, then went on
to lineage 2 and such
Well the only made me cry was Kimi Ga Nozomu Eien, that sorry is simply too sad,
and too touching and too consuming, i couldnt rip my self away from it for all
13 eps, i watched them simply non stop. Its probably the best drama anime ever,
and things go so bad there for all the characters that it really drags tears out
of you. An another that almost made me cry was Tokimeki Memorial, the ending of
that story is quite messed up, as a cheerful light comedy anime it has a very
sad ending
Im in love with them all... its weird and its embaracing but thats the truth, i
find anime chars very cute and apealing and most of them i do fall in love with
I can't say i really hate any game... but i hate certain anoying things in them.
Like the opening doors and tons of weapons you can't pick up in resident evil or
like monsters imune to everything in diablo 2 hell level i
mean wtf u go through all the game and find out that bhall cannot be killed...
it can p*ss you off like hell
Eh echii is too hard to determine these days... yeah echii has no details, but
ehem, some of those non detailed images are like.................. **cougths** i
guess it's just a dependance on taste
Well he is a nice character all in all, but the whole anime idk.... the idea is
nice but the authors really lacked fantasy, half of the chars look all alike and
stuff... makes it irritating to watch

For me it was the guy with fake eyebrows from FLCL i swear i almost cried from laughing
worst one was Love Hina FTW, it was HORRIBLE
And best one was FLCL to me, it was really well done, actually liked it more than the japanese one

Just finished GITS:SSC first season. kepped me to it for 2 long days, but all 26 eps done and i loved it soooooooooo much
